THE GAP WE HANDLE

Sourcing is organised. Shipping is organised. The middle often is not.

1

Mixed deliveries

Goods arrive at different times, in different boxes and with inconsistent labels or paperwork.

2

Limited visibility

You need a reliable record of what arrived and its visible condition before it moves on.

3

No suitable handover point

Your buyer’s freight forwarder needs one collection address and freight that is ready when the driver arrives.

THE SERVICE

Six steps. One address.

Every job follows written instructions agreed before the goods are sent.

  1. 01

    RECEIVE

Inbound parcels, boxes and approved pallets are logged on arrival.

  2. 02

    CHECK AND PHOTOGRAPH

We photograph the delivery and check it against your written instructions.

  3. 03

    CONSOLIDATE

Goods from different suppliers are brought together into one controlled outbound shipment.

  4. 04

    PREPARE

We relabel or repackage where agreed, using supplier-neutral presentation when required.

  5. 05

    DOCUMENT

Your approved invoice, packing list and collection documents are checked and attached.

  6. 06

    HAND OVER

Final package details are confirmed before your nominated freight forwarder collects.

BUILT AROUND LIVE WORK

Created for international equipment supply.

The process grew from real equipment-supply shipments sourced from several countries and delivered to oil and gas buyers across the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Goods needed to be received, checked, photographed, consolidated and prepared with approved paperwork before the buyer’s freight forwarder collected them.

Waystation turns that established working process into a service for other specialist suppliers and international traders.

INDICATIVE PRICING

Clear enough to plan. Confirmed before you send.

These starting prices cover standard parcels. We confirm the final scope and price in writing before any goods are addressed to the facility.
