Restricted Goods Policy

We do not accept prohibited, undeclared hazardous, temperature-controlled or restricted goods without prior written agreement. Heavy, oversized, high-value and crated goods must be approved before they are sent.

• Pressure equipment
• Radioactive materials
• Weapons
• Controlled items
• Other restricted materials

Every shipment request includes a restricted-goods declaration. Where any restricted category is selected, the request is flagged for manual review and is not approved automatically.

Customers must confirm that the goods are lawful and accurately described. Goods must not be sent until Waystation has approved the request and issued a Waystation reference number.

Waystation may decline unsuitable goods or shipment requests. Returns, disposal or onward courier booking of goods that arrive without approval are quoted before action.
