WAYSTATION
Terms of Service
Waystation is a trading name. Full registered company details will be added before public launch.
Scope of the service
Waystation receives goods at its UK facility, logs and photographs them, carries out the checks agreed in writing, consolidates goods where instructed, prepares them for collection and hands them over to the customer’s nominated freight forwarder.
Waystation works to the customer’s written instructions. We do not act as a carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, importer or exporter unless separately agreed in writing.
Accounts and approval
Creating an account does not mean that Waystation has approved a shipment. Goods must not be sent until Waystation has approved the request and issued a Waystation reference number and delivery instructions.
Waystation may decline unsuitable goods or shipment requests.
Instructions and documents
Waystation will only use documents marked “Approved for use.” Customers are responsible for confirming that documents are accurate, lawful and suitable for the shipment.
We do not alter or remove legally required country-of-origin information, safety markings, certifications, serial numbers or product-traceability information.
Pricing and payment
Published prices are indicative starting prices. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing before goods are addressed to the facility. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Payment terms are payment before goods are sent, payment before collection, or an approved business account with an agreed invoice due date. New customers default to payment before goods are sent.
Monthly service
The Regular Trader Account requires an approved application. Unused service credits do not roll over. Multi-supplier consolidation is not included. Additional parcels, packaging materials, extended storage and specialist handling are charged separately. Cancellation terms remain subject to the final Terms of Service.
Insurance and risk
Insurance arrangements and declared values must be agreed before goods are sent. Customers should maintain appropriate insurance for the full value of their goods during transit and storage.
